Pricing:
We know that keeping the cost down is important to you.  Therefore we keep our standards high and overheads low, so our costs are very reasonable and certainly less than a lot of our competitors.
Our Price Promises:
	WE WILL BEAT ANY QUOTE GIVEN BY OUR COMPETITION!! If anyone tries to beat our rates, we will go even lower.  All we ask is you send us a copy of the lower quote.
	We won't charge you one penny unless you have agreed to the cost beforehand.  There are no hidden charges.
	If we've agreed a fixed price for the job, and while doing the work you ask us to do something extra, we'll agree with you the cost of the extra work before we start it. That way there are no surprise costs and you're kept fully informed.
	All prices quoted are inclusive of all taxes.
Insurance - Important:
	We are fully insured, but please be aware many smaller builders are not. Who would pay if building work damaged your home? The latest government advice www.direct.gov.uk states: "Ask to see the builder's public liability insurance certificate".
